Entry fee for 2012 Retailers Choice Awards

Nomination fees are payable in two ways, by credit card (phone call only) or by check.

Checks should be made payable to Charisma Media. Please send to Managing Editor Christine Johnson and note on the check that it is for the Retailers Choice Awards.

If you wish to pay by MasterCard,  American Express, Visa or Discover, please call Christine at 407-333-0600, ext. 2682.

The 2012 entry fee is just $50 per item, with a free sixth entry for every five nominations received by Jan. 16. All nominations are due by Jan. 31.
